基于PIC单片机的本质安全型电流?频率转换电路设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对模拟量传感器的信号输出形式存在多样性的问题,设计了一种基于PIC单片机的本质安全型电流?频率转换电路。该电路采用本安电源供电,将模拟量电流信号经高精度采样电阻接地转换为电压信号并送入PIC单片机的A/D采样口,由软件处理后转换为频率信号。实际应用表明,该电路能满足各种电流型传感器方便接入煤矿安全监控系统的需求。 In view of problem that traditional process water system of coal mine cannot real-timely know situations of running of pump and water level of sump with manual operation mode, a monitoringsystem of process water of coal mine was designed. The system includes many PLC control stations which are used to monitor pump house of surface wastewater treatment plant, underground pump houses and sumps. Each PLC control station collects data of sensors and uploads the data to upper computer through industrial Ethernet, the upper computer dispatches working pump and spare pump according to the data and makes remote operation for electric valve, so as to realize automatic control function. The actual application shows that the system realizes unmanned on duty and remote control for pump houses and improves automation level of coal mine.
