摘要
通过实验介绍合成新型热收缩膜用聚酯的方法。采用1,6-己二醇(HD)为改性剂,在总醇酸量比为1.4∶1情况下,n(HD)∶n(EG)=25∶75,以钛酸四丁酯等复合催化剂,在酯化温度(235~240)℃,缩聚温度(278±2)℃,压力70 Pa以下合成新型的共聚酯,用此所制造的热收缩膜各项性能都达到PVC热收缩膜的指标。
The synthesis methods of new heat shrinkable film PET were introduced by experiment. By using 1,6-hexanediol as modifier, total molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.4 : 1, n (HD) : n (EG) = 25 : 75, using tetrabutyl titanate as composite catalyst, under the conditions of esterification temperature at 235 - 240 ℃ ,the polycondensati-on temperature at (278 ± 2 ) ℃, under the pressure of 70 Pa, new copolyester was synthesized. The performance in- dexes of heat shrinkable film produced by this method can reach the indexes of PVC heat shrinkable film.
