摘要
采用连续流动仪同时测定淀粉和可溶性糖,用本法测定了几类样品水解前和后的总糖,利用其差值,可计算出可溶性糖及淀粉的含量。实验结果与滴定法比较,作t检验,两方法没有显著性差异。方法线性良好,准确度高,符合分析的要求。
A method for the determination of starch and soluble sugar in food was established with continuous fluxion analysis. The food sample was hydrolyzed, and the total sugar content was determined. Then the content of the starch and soluble sugar could be calculated by the content of total sugar before and after the hydrolysis. The continuous fluxion analysis was also compared with the titration method to determine the starch and soluble sugar content in food sample. The results showed that the determination values gained by above two methods had no significant difference. The continuous fluxion analysis has more advantages, such as simple operation, high sensitivity, good accuracy, and meets the requirements of determination of phosphorus in soil sample.
