摘要
以青天葵新鲜球茎为试材,对离体条件下青天葵的愈伤组织诱导及其植株再生进行研究。结果表明:0.1%升汞溶液处理青天葵球茎10min、玻璃培养皿有利于青天葵愈伤组织的诱导;青天葵走茎及愈伤组织在MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA培养基中培养可得到大量丛生芽及愈伤组织,多次继代培养可得到完整植株;将青天葵走茎接种于含有0.1%活性炭的MS培养基中可获得大量组培球茎。
Taking fresh corm of Nervilia fordii(Hance) Schltr.as material,the technique of callus induction and plantlet regeneration were studied.The results showed that Nervilia fordii corm treated by 0.1% HgCl 2 solution for 10min,glass culture dish were in favor of the induction and regeneration of callus.High frequency multiple shoot-bud formation from callus induced by Nerviliaf ordii corm inducing culture on a MS-medium supplemented with 1.0mg/L 6-BA.After several times of successive transfers of culture,regenerated plant could be obtained.The optimum medium for the induction of corm was a MS-medium contains 0.1%activated charcoal.
