摘要
萹蓄为常用中药,具有清热利尿、解毒驱虫、消炎、止泻等功效。现代药理研究也证明其具有利尿、降压、抑菌、抗氧化和保肝等作用。迄今为止,萹蓄中已分离鉴定的化合物主要是黄酮类、酚酸类化合物,其次是苯丙素类、生物碱类、醌类、糖类化合物等,此外,萹蓄中还含有丰富的氨基酸和人体必需的常量和微量元素等。查阅了近40年的萹蓄文献资料,对其化学成分和药理作用进行系统、全面的综述,为其进一步开发利用提供参考。
Polygonum aviculare L. is a traditional Chinese medicine and commonly used in folkloric medi- cine. Mbdern pharmacological studies have proven that it has diuresis, hypotensive and antimicrobial activities, anti-lipid peroxidation and liver protective effects and so on. Many compounds have been isolated from P. avicu- lare L., and they are flavonoids, phenolic acids, phenylpropanoids, alkaloids, quinones, saccharides. P. arviculare L. also has essential elements of the human body and amino acids. This paper reviews research progress in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of P. aviculare L. to provide references for further development and its utilization.
