摘要
水射流负压引射集尘装备研制过程中,通过建立水射流负压引射集尘装备的数学模型、几何模型,利用ANSYS CFX数值模拟软件对水射流负压除尘装置进行参数优化,并进行了12组数值模拟。该除尘装置在中国平煤神马集团、郑煤集团的12家煤矿得到了应用,效果良好。
In the development process of water jet negative pressure jet dust removal equipment,through establishing mathematic model and geometric model of water jet negative pressure jet dust removal equipment, parameters of this dust removal equipment were optimized using ANSYS CFX numerical simulation software, 12 groups of numerical simulation were also carried out. The device was applied in 12 coal mines of China Pingmei Shenma Energy & Chemical Group and Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group,the effect is well.
