摘要
以电网可靠性为基础,综合用户可靠性需求价值工程理论,提出以多个可靠性指标联合定价的可靠性电价方案。应用熵值法,计算各个指标对于各个部类产业的影响权重,建立可靠性电价模型。通过对实际算例分析,结果表明该方法能够体现电价对于各部类产业影响,能够同时顾及供电商和用户经济利益,从而为可靠性电价提供新的研究思路。
Taking a comprehensive consideration of the users demand reliability value engineering theory, the paper puts forward a reliability price project which based on the reliability of power grid with multiple reliability index joint pricing. Entropy method is applied to calculate the effective weight of each index to each industry respectivly, and develop a reliability price model. The result shows that, by analysing the actual example, the method can reflect the influence made by price to each kind of industry, and give consideration to the economic interests of both power suppliers and users at the same time, so as to provide new idea to the research of reliability price.
