Vibrating Tube Densimeter for Compressed Liquid Density Measurement

摘要 本文基于Anton Paar公司的高压振动管密度计模块(DMA-HPM)研制了一套用于高压流体的液相密度测量系统,可使用的温度范围为293~373 K,最大压力为70MPa。取包含因子为2时,温度、压力和密度测量的扩展不确定度分别优于±16 mK,±0.13 MPa和±0.6 kg/m^3。使用水和真空作为标准状态对系统常数进行了标定,并用丙烷进行了检验,实验结果与文献方程的偏差均在测量不确定度以内,表明了本实验系统的可靠性和准确性。 A density measurement system was developed using a vibrating tube densimeter (Anton Paar DMA-HPM) for high pressure density measurements. Currently, this unit is applicable for temperatures from 293 K to 373 K and pressures up to 70 MPa. The estimated expanded uncertainty (k=2) for temperature, pressure and density are ±16 mK, 4.0.13 MPa and ±0.6 kg/m3, respectively. The densimeter was calibrated by using water and vacuum. The compressed liquid densities of propane were measured in this work to prove the capability of the system.
