摘要
综述了国外以环保型水基钻井液、防塌钻井液、无黏土相水基钻井液、抗高温水基钻井液、微泡钻井液为代表的水基钻井液,以全油基钻井液、趋于零滤失量的钻井液、低毒油基钻井液、低固相油基钻井液、抗高温油基钻井液和可逆乳化钻井液为代表的油基钻井液,以及抗高温、恒流变特征的合成基钻井液体系的研究与应用情况。
Research and applications of 3 kinds of drilling fluid systems at abroad were reviewed. The first type was water-based drilling fluids (WBD), which typically included environmental-friendly WBD, anti-sloughing WBD, clay-free WBD, anti-hightemperature WBD, and aphron WBD. The second type was oil-based drilling fluids ( OBD), which typically included whole OBD, OBD with zero filter loss, low toxic OBD, low solid OBD, anti-high-temperature OBD, and reversible emulsion OBD. The third type was synthetic based drilling fluids with anti-high-temperature and constant rheology characteristics.
