卫星夹层结构夹芯层力学性能分析与数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 由于高强、质轻的特点,夹层结构材料在工程领域得到了广泛的应用.本文对卫星夹层结构所采用的蜂窝夹芯进行力学性能分析,推导出六边形蜂窝夹芯结构的等效弹性常数;并选取某型号卫星蜂窝夹芯结构,对其进行数值模拟研究.通过对比理论计算和数值模拟结果,验证了等效弹性参数公式的正确性,可作为卫星蜂窝夹芯结构的优化设计的理论依据. Composite sandwich structures are now used extensively in engineering area due to their main ad-vantages of high strength, high stiffness and lightweight. The paper analyzes mechanical performance of hon- eycomb sandwich structure's core for satellite and deduces equivalent elastic constants of hexagon honeycomb sandwich structure's core. And also a typical satellite sandwich structure is chose as an application to analyze. Numerical simulation analysis and theoretical calculation results show the formulas of equivalent elastic con-stants is correct, so as to provide theoretical basis for satellite cellular sandwich structure optimization design.
