摘要
目的探讨应用标准化病人与临床病例相结合的教学方法培养医学生妇产科学临床思维的效果。方法以2011年7月至2012年3月期间依次在北京大学人民医院妇产科学实习的2006级八年制临床医学专业41名学生为研究对象。在实习中,教师除了按照常规的教学方法,要求学生实习现有的临床病例之外,还在学生进入妇产科科实习前加入了对标准化病人的问诊考核,在实习结束后再次对学生进行标准化病人问诊考核。结果实习结束后,对学生分别进行了综合能力考核和临床思维考核,并将学生的成绩与采用传统实习方法的2005级学生的成绩进行比较。结果显示,两组学生综合能力考核成绩差异无统计学意义;临床思维考核中,2006级学生成绩(8.79±0.64)分显著高于2005级学生成绩(8.43±0.98)分,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论标准化病人与临床病例相结合的教学方法对于培养医学生妇产科学临床思维有积极效果,并有利于个体化教学。
Objective To investigate the effect of the combining standardized patients and clinical case to train the clinical thinking of internship students in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Using 41 undergraduate students of grade 2006, eight-year medicine education, major in clinical medicine in Peking University People' s Hospital as the object of research, the students were taught by standardized patients combined with actual patients. Results After the end of clinical practice, the students carried out a comprehensive capacity assessment and clinical thinking exam and compared with the student of grade 2005. The result showed that the capacity test results of two groups were not significant differences, the students' achievement of grade 2006 (8.79 ± 0.64) was higher than the students' achievement of grade 2005 (8. 43±0.98 ) in clinical examination of thinking (P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significance. Conclusions The methods of combining standardized patients with clinical case had a positive effect to develop students' clinical thinking.
