The Accuracy of Preoperative MRI in Staging for Endometrial Cancer Based on the New FIGO Stage

摘要 目的依据FIGO2009新分期评价子宫内膜癌磁共振分期准确性。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的244例子宫内膜癌患者MRI图像,以病理结果作为标准,依据FIGO2009新分期行术前磁共振分期,比较磁共振分期与手术病理分期的差异。结果依据FIGO2009新分期,子宫内膜癌磁共振分期的准确性分别为Ⅰ期82.9%,Ⅱ期98.0%,Ⅲ期95.5%,Ⅳ期99.6%。结论应用依据FIGO2009新分期标准,子宫内膜癌磁共振术前分期有较高的准确性。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of MRI in preoperative assessment of the staging for endometrial cancer using the new FIGO staging system. Methods MRI images of 244 patients with endometrial cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Stage of endometrial cancer was based on the new FIGO staging system and compare with histopathologic results as a standard of reference. Results The accuracy of MRI in the staging of endometrial carcinoma using the new FIGO staging system were 82.9% , 98.0% , 95.5% , and 99.6% for stage I , II ,III, and IV respectively. Conclusion MRI is a useful tool in the preoperative staging of endometrial cancers using the new FIGO staging system.
