摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径对鼻中隔偏曲患者的影响。方法选择2011年1月～2011年12月本院住院的的134例患者作为研究对象,1月～6月71例设为对照组,采用传统的护理方式,7月～12月63例设为实验组,按照临床路径表,有计划、有步骤地对患者实施护理,观察比较2组患者住院时间、护理满意度、健康教育掌握情况。结果患者住院时间对照组(8.28±1.59)d,实验组为(6.51±1.36)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均住院费用对照组(8251.29±1687.31)元,高于实验组(7369.50±1595.08)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度由97.1%上升至100%,健康教育掌握及格率由65%上升至100%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻中隔偏曲患者实施临床护理路径,可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高了护理满意度和健康教育掌握程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of applicating clinical pathway on patients with nasal septum deviation. Methods Selected 134 patients in the hospital between January 2011 to December 2011 as study object. Patients at the first half of the year were con- trol group,giving routine nursing.The last were experimental group, giving nursing measures under clinical pathway. The hospital days, nursing satisfaction, health education knowledge were compared in the 2 groups. Results The hospital days of control group were （8.28_＋1.59）d, the experimental group were （6.51_＋1.36）d; average cost of hospitalization in the control group were higher than the experimental group, respectively is （8251.29＋1687.31） yuan and （7369.50-＋1595.08）yuan. Nursing satisfaction increased from 97.1% to 100%, health education master rate increased from 65% to 100%, all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway care in patients with nasal septum deviation can shorten hospital stays, reduce hospitalization costs, improve nursing satisfaction and health education master degree.
