摘要
目的比较Shangrila510转运呼吸机和IMPACT750多功能便携式呼吸机在机械通气患者转运中的临床效果。方法将80例机械通气患者随机分为Shangrila510组和IMPACT750组各40例。转运时Shangrila510组使用Shangrila510转运呼吸机;IMPACT750组使用IMPACT750多功能便携式呼吸机。比较2组转运前后呼吸、心率、血气分析变化。结果 80例患者中出现病情变化4例,其中因恶性心律失常死亡2例,积极抢救后好转2例,其余患者在转运前后呼吸、心率、血气分析差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多功能便携式呼吸机在机械通气转运中效果较好,但使用中应据患者病情调整呼吸模式并定期对呼吸机进行维护,是安全、有效使用该设备的关键。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Shangrila510 transporter ventilator and IMPACT750 multi- function portable transporter ventilator in mechanically ventilated patient. Methods 80 cases mechanically ventilated patients were randomly divided into ShangrilaS10 group and IMPACT750 group, each of 40 cases. ShangrilaS10 group used ShangrilaS10 transport ventilator; IMPACT750 group used IMPACT750 multi-function portable transporter ventilator. Compared breathing, heart rate, blood gas analysis the change before and after transshipment of two groups. Results In 80 cases patients, disease change four cases,including death due to malignant ventricular arrhythmias 2 cases, improved in two cases positive after the rescue, and the remaining patients in transit before and after respiration, heart rate, blood gas analysis showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Multifunctional portable transporter ventilator in mechanical ventilation in transit has a good effect, but should according to the patient＇s condition to adjust breathing pattern and on the breathing machine on a regu- lar basis for maintenance, it is safe and effective use of the device key.
