摘要
以从未种植过桃树的土壤为对照,用盆栽试验法研究了不同种植年限连作土壤对再植桃树幼苗生长及叶片性状的影响。结果表明,一茬园土中生长的植株叶面积、叶周长均较对照大,且株高、新枝长、最大根长和地上干重与对照差异不显著,连作障碍不明显;两茬园和三茬园土中生长的植株叶面积、叶周长、比叶重、株高、新枝长、干周、最大根长、地上鲜重、地上干重、地下鲜重和地下干重等均显著降低,且连作土年限越长,抑制作用越大,连作障碍现象越明显。
Taken abandoned land soil as control,the effect of the continuous cultivation soil with different planting years on the growth and leaf traits of replanted peach seedling was studied by pet culture method. The results showed that the leaf area and circumference of the seed- ling in first cultivation soil were larger than that of control, however, height, new shoot length, maximum root length and shoot dry weight had no obvious difference with control, which turned on inconspicuously continuous cultivation obstacle phenomenon. Leaf area, circumference, specific leaf weight, height, new shoot length, trunk girth, ground diameter, maximum root length, shoot fresh and dry weigh, root fresh and dry weigh of the plant seedling replanted in second cultivation soil and third cultivation soil decreased significantly, and turned on obviously continuous cultivation obstacle phenomenon. Meanwhile, the inhibition was more obvious when the years of continuous cultivation soil was longer.
