摘要
在当前"保经济发展,保耕地红线工程"的严峻形势下,探索通过实施农村土地整治来助推城乡统筹发展意义重大,为构建城乡一体化发展新格局提供了有效途径。文章分析了安徽省池州市实施农村土地整治的实践内容及取得的具体成效,进而进一步提出推进农村土地整治,统筹城乡发展的思考。研究结论表明农村土地整治是当前深化我国农村改革发展的政策性突破,更是统筹城乡土地利用与配置、实现城乡统筹发展的一项重大战略。
Under the current circumstances of ＂guarantees the economic development, guarantees the farming land red line project＂, it has great significance of exploring to implement rural land renovation to inflate co-ordination development of urban and rural areas. It provides an effective way for constructing the new pattern of urban-rural integration development. Applying such methods as literature analysis and comparison analysis, the paper discusses the content and effect of implementing rural land renovation of Chizhou city in Anhui province, and put forward some mechanisms. It is concluded that rural land renovation is policy breakthrough of deepening rural reform and development, and also is an important strategy of coordinating the urban and rural land utilization and allocation and realizing the balanced development urban and rural.
