摘要
借助DELPHI法进行中小企业实施电子商务绩效评价研究,从财务指标、客户指标、内部管理、组织管理四个维度设计中小企业实施电子商务的绩效评价指标体系,共分4个方面17个指标。从测评结果看,真实反映了中小企业实施电子商务过程中的实际情况,可供广大中小企业实施电子商务时参考。
This paper introduces e-commerce performance evaluation in SME via Delphi method. The index systems of performance evaluation in SME implementation e-commerce include four dimensions of 17 indicators, such as the financial indicators, customer indicators, internal management, and organization management. The survey resuhs really reflect the actual situation of SME in e-commerce process and it is reference while implementation e - commerce in SME.
