摘要
边疆民族地区大学生职业生涯规划的意识普遍不强,缺乏对职业的正确认识和对自我的合理定位,在选择职业时普遍带有较大的主观性和盲目性。通过对边疆民族地区高校大学生职业生涯规划教育现状的调查和分析,找出了一些深层次的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
The widespread awareness of the frontier regions Career Planning, the lack of a correct understanding of career and self-reason- able position, generally in the choice of occupation,with greater subjectivity and blindness.Investigation and analysis of college students career planning education of the frontier regions to find out some deep-seated problems, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
