摘要
水力停留时间是厌氧-好氧处理印染废水工艺设计中的重要参数之一。本研究以活性染料为主的印染废水为处理对象,通过中试实验研究了水力停留时间对厌氧、好氧操作单元处理效果的影响。结果表明:单独好氧条件下,水力停留时间为6h时,CODcr去除率为41%,之后趋于稳定。在单独厌氧条件下,色度去除率随着停留时间的增长而呈直线上升。在厌氧-好氧组合工艺中,停留时间由6h增至24h,生物池出水CODcr去除率增加较快,由25.08%增加到51.61%,随着停留时间进一步延长,CODcr去除率增加趋势逐渐变缓;色度去除率随着停留时间的延长而显著增加,6h增加到36h,去除率由16.67%提高到57.14%。
Hydraulic retention time is one of the most important parameters in the design of textile wastewater treatment by anaerobic-aerobic process. The effect of different HRT to anaerobic, aerobic treatment on the textile wastewater of reactive dyes was investigated. The results showed that, under individual aerobic condition, CODcr removal reached to 41% after 6 hours, and tended to be stable. The removal of color increased linearly with the increased HRT in anaerobic process. The CODcr removal increased to 51.61% from 25.08% when the HRT prolonged to 24 h from 6h in the anaerobic-aerobic process, but the CODcr removal increased slowly with futher increasing of HRT; the color removal increased significantly with prolonging of HRT, when the retention time prolonged to 36 h from 6h, the color removal increased to 57.14% from 16.67%.
