摘要
基于证候拓扑结构的理论和方法,可以破解证候高阶多维的非线性结构,展现证候复杂多变的全貌,阐明证候动态演化过程中子集合的衍生规律,以及证候动态演化子集合主症与次症的变化规律,揭示出证候动态演化规律的科学内涵;运用临证数据,通过文献梳理对比,可以阐释证候的判定诊断标准的科学内涵,从证候群中揭示临床疾病的证候分布规律,为科学的符合证候动态演化规律的临床疾病中医证候判定诊断标准的制订提供理论依据,促进辨证论治水平的大幅度提高。
Based on the theory of topological structure within the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, the dynamic evolving law of syndromes and the derivating law of sub-sets of syndromes and the changing law of the main symptoms and signs with the secondary symptoms and signs of syndromes can be interpretated, in order to reveal the scientific connotation of syndromes. Using the clinical data, through the literature of carding and contrast, the scientific connotation of judgment and diagnostic standard of syndromes can be interpretated also, to revealing the distracting law of syndromes of diseases through the clinical data of syndrome-groups, and providing the theoretical basis for the formulation of judgments and di- agnostic standard of syndromes of diseases which conforming to the dynamic evoluting law of syndromes, to promoting the substantially improvement of level of syndrome differentiation.
