摘要
旅游业发展除了要关注景区、交通、酒店等硬件因素外,还要考虑环境、服务等软实力环境,二者缺一不可。在构建鄂西生态文化旅游圈的大背景进一步做好襄阳市旅游业的发展,提升旅游业软实力是其中的必然环节。本文从人文环境、景区定位、营销策略等方面就如何提升软实力进行了探讨,以抛砖引玉,确保在规划、建设中做到硬件和软件的协调发展和总体提升。
The tourism industry needs to attach importance to such hardware factors as transportation and hotels of scenic spots as well as their soft power like environment and service.The improvement of its soft power is a necessary part to develop Xiangyang tourism under the background of construction of Eco-cultural Tourism Circle in Western Hubei.This paper explores how to enhance the soft power from cultural environment,scenic positioning and marketing strategy so as to guarantee coordinated development and overall improvement in planning and constructing tourism industry.
