摘要
志愿者作为社会治安防控主体参与社会治安综合治理,对创新社会管理、弥补警力不足和调动群众自防自治积极性具有重要意义,有利于实现社会治安防控目标。本文在简要分析志愿者作为社会治安防控主体的发展状况、原因和优势的基础上,针对存在的问题从对志愿者招聘、培训、管理和维权等方面提出对策建议。
As the main body of social order prevention and control,it plays an important role in innovating social management,making up inadequate police force and arousing the masses’ initiatives of autonomous prevention and control for volunteers to take part in comprehensive management of social order.It’s in favor of realizing the goals of social order prevention and control.On the basis of analyzing the development situation,reasons and advantages of volunteers as the main body of social order prevention and control,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the existing problems from the perspective of recruiting,training,management and rights protection.
