摘要
在建立铰接式自卸车前悬架四自由度被动悬架模型的基础上,建立了开关型半主动悬架模型和基于最优控制理论的天棚控制半主动悬架模型。应用Matlab/Simulink软件分别完成了3种悬架模型在随机路面激励下的仿真计算。通过对悬挂质量垂向加速度、悬挂质量角加速度、悬架动挠度和轮胎相对动载4个参数的变化规律研究,发现天棚控制半主动悬架有效地改善了铰接式自卸车的乘坐舒适性和行驶平顺性。
The four freedom degrees passive suspension model of the front suspension of articulated dump truck was built.On this basis,the on-off semi-active suspension and skyhook semi-active suspension were set up by using the LQR theory.By Matlab/Simulink,three suspension models were simulated under a random road excitation.The change of vertical acceleration,angular acceleration of suspended mass,suspension dynamic deflection and tire relative dynamic load were studied.The results show that the skyhook semi-active suspension is an efficient measure to attenuate vehicle body vibration and improve ride comfort.
