摘要
对不同配比阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)合金的熔融行为、力学性能和燃烧性进行了研究。结果表明,阻燃增强PET/PBT合金在非晶区是相容的,在晶区是晶相分离的;PET与PBT之间会发生一定程度的酯交换反应,形成部分嵌段共聚物和无规共聚物;PET含量的提高并不会明显影响合金体系的力学性能,但是对提升阻燃性能有好处。
The melting behavior, mechanical properties and flammability of reinforced and flame retardant PBT/PET alloy with different ratio were studied. The results showed that components in the blends crystallized separately, but they were compatible in amorphism. Some block copolymers and random copolymers were formed during the trans-esterification of PBT/PET alloy. PET content had little effect on the mechanical properties of the alloy, but its flame retardance was increased by using PET resin.
