具促南极大磷虾蛋白水解活性的太湖蓝藻氯仿提取物化学成分分析

摘要 太湖蓝藻以微囊藻(Microcystis spp.)为优势种,对环境产生严重危害。对太湖微囊藻提取物的氯仿部位进行了南极大磷虾(Euphausia superba)蛋白水解活性测试和主要化学成分研究。结果表明,太湖微囊藻提取物的氯仿部位具有明显的促进南极大磷虾蛋白自溶的作用,且作用呈剂量相关性。对这一活性部位开展进一步化学成分研究,从中分离鉴定了4个主要的氨基酸衍生化合物,分别为(1)3-(1-甲基丙基)-6-(苯甲基)-2,5-哌嗪二酮、(2)3-(1-甲基乙基)-6-(苯甲基)-2,5-哌嗪二酮、(3)3-甲基-6-(苯甲基)-2,5-哌嗪二酮和(4)N-(2-苯基乙基)丙氨酸,均为首次从微囊藻属中分离鉴定。 The cyanobacteria in Taihu Lake,which are greatly harmful for environment,mainly consists of several Microcystis genus.The proteolysis effects of chloroform extracts from Microcystis spp.collected from Taihu Lake on Euphausia superba was analyzed.The mixture was observed to have significant proteolytic promotion activity,and showed positive correlation with dose.Through chemical composition analysis,four known amino-derived compounds were isolated and identified respectively as(1)3-(1-methylpropyl)-6-(phenylmethyl)-piperazine-2,5-dione,(2)3-(1-methylethyl)-6-(phenylmethyl)-piperazine-2,5-dione,(3)3-methyl-6-(phenylmethyl)-piperazine-2,5-dione and(4)2-(phenethylamino)-propanoic acid.All these compounds were first isolated from this genus.
