摘要
目的探讨火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的作用机制。方法把大鼠随机分为4组,即空白组、模型组、火针治疗组、秋水仙碱治疗组。用火针治疗尿酸钠晶体诱导的急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠,观察各组大鼠治疗前后关节周径、滑膜及关节软骨病理变化,检测各组大鼠关节匀浆中的MMP-3含量。结果火针治疗能明显降低急性痛风大鼠关节肿胀度,抑制滑膜及关节软骨中的MMP-3表达,可减轻炎症细胞的浸润。结论火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎的机制可能与抑制关节滑膜及关节软骨中的MMP-3的产生有关。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the fire acupuncture therapy on the acute gouty arthritis.Methods Tirty-six male Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly: the normal control group,the model group,the fire acupuncture group and the colchicin therapy group.Rats were observed before and after treatment of the joint circumference,the change of pathology articular cartilage and synovial membrane in the four groups,expressions of Matrix-metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) in articular homogenate was investigated-by ELISA.Results The degree of joint swelling was significantly reduced by the fire acupuncture.MMP-3 of the synovial membrane and articular cartilage and the inflammatory cellswere down regulated as well.Conclusion The mechanism of the fire acupunture on acute gouty arthritis may be that this therapy can inhibit the production of MMP-3 in synovium and articular cartilage.
