摘要
目的了解新疆民营医院的分布情况、基本情况和业务状况,分析其卫生资源利用效率,为医院管理者与投资者提供参考依据。对于合理引入社会资本提供参考借鉴作用。方法通过新疆维吾尔自治区卫生厅统计信息中心的网络直报系统普查所有民营医院,对医院的数量与分类、规模与投资、床位设置情况、人力资源及业务状况进行调查。结果截止2011年,新疆维吾尔自治区共有民营医院342所,公立医院276所,占全疆医院的55.34%,卫生人员12 128人,实有床位12 828张,病床使用率53.32%,房屋建筑物面积554 972m2,总诊疗人次数349.11万人次,入院人数30.46万人次。结论新疆维吾尔自治区民营医院数量多但规模较小,人力资源不足,资金还不雄厚,可满足部分群众的卫生需求。在现有政策环境下,卫生行政部门要充分认识到民营医院的作用和目前的困境,创造一个公平有序的环境,积极引导其健康发展。
Objective To learn about the basic and business situations by investigating and analy vate hospitals in Xinjiang, and analyze the efficiency of health resources to hospitals managers tors for reference. Methods All private hospitals were surveyed form quanti man resources and configuration, by the Xinjiang health department＇s center ty, of zing and of pri 1rives classify, scale, beds, hu statistics information. Re- suits By the end of 2011, there were 342 private hospitals and 276 public hospital in Xinjiang, the number of all private hospitals in Xinjiang was accounted by 55.34%. There were 12 128 health technology staff, 12 828 beds, the bed utilization rate was 53. 32%, housing area was 554 972 m2, medical people were 349.11 thousand times, the number of discharges patients were 30.46 thousand times. Conclusion There are amount of private hospital in Xinjiang but small scales, lack of human resources and fund, it can solve some health needs for masses. Health administrative departments should fully realizing and emphasis the private hospital＇s role and current dilemma on policy environment. It＇s necessary to creat prerequisite andfair environment, and guide it develop healthfully.
