摘要
褐煤水分大、挥发分高,为了在掺烧褐煤时提高磨煤机出口温度,利用空预器初端传热温差大、末端传热温差小的特点,采取互换两台空预器减速机的方式对其进行空预器反转改造,使锅炉烟气依次对一次风和二次风进行换热。对改造后的相关数据进行分析,结果为:一次风温有所提高,有利于提高磨煤机出力;二次风温度虽有所降低,但不会降低炉膛燃烧率。通过空预器反转改造改造既达到了合理掺配褐煤的目的,又可提高制粉系统的出力,有利于火电厂燃料成本控制。
Lignite has large water content and high volatile eomponent. In order to improve the outlet temperature of coal mill, based on the large heat transfer temperature dift^rence at the beginning of air preheater and the small heat transfer temperature difference at the end, the author changed the reducers of the two air preheaters to retrofit the preheater. The data showed that reversal could improve the primary air temperature and output of coal mill, and not affecting the efficiency of boiler. It was beneficial to make use of lignite-blended, and to raise the efficience of coal system. What's more, the retrofit was beneficial to control cost of fuel.
