摘要
M9912A密封轴承摩擦力矩测量仪,采用径向和轴向同时施加载荷的方法,对密封轴承的平均摩擦力矩和最大摩擦力矩进行动态测量。文中介绍了该仪器的若干关键技术,如采用静压空气轴承作为测量系统的主轴支承;采用中间环和标准法码的定标方法等。附图4幅。
Type M9912A frictional torque tester for sealed bearings is used to measure dynamically average & maximun frictional torque of sealed bearings under radial and axial loading simultaneously some key technigues, such as externally pressurized gas bearing used for supporting the main shaft of the measurement system; medium ring and standard weight adopted for scaling, etc.are introduced in this paper.
