摘要
在抗磨耐热钢中加入不同含量的钨,通过金相组织观察、硬度测试及常温耐磨性试验,研究了钨对抗磨耐热钢显微组织、硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,抗磨耐热钢的铸态组织为奥氏体+少量铁素体+碳化物,碳化物中的WC、W2C呈颗粒状弥散分布在奥氏体晶内,钨的质量分数为1.51%的试样与不含钨的试样相比,硬度提高了34.44%,耐磨性提高了35.58%。
Different amount of W were added into wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel. The effects of W on microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of the steel were researched by microstructure observation, hardness test and wear resistance test. The results show that the cast structure of the sample is austenite + a spot of ferrite + carbide. WC and W2C are dispersively distributed in austenite matrix. Compared with the sample without W, the hardness of the sample with 1.51% W is increased by 34.44%, the wear resistance is increased by 35.58%.
