摘要
利用金相显微镜、洛维光学硬度计和万能试验机研究了正火工艺对连续油管钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随加热温度和水冷温度的升高,组织中的珠光体和M-A岛不断增加,尺寸逐渐增大;硬度降低,韧性提高,同时能消除卷管时产生的应力和组织不均匀性;加热到820℃保温5min空冷到350℃再水冷至室温,组织较均匀,抗拉强度达954.70 MPa,屈强比为0.92。
The effects of normalizing treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of coiled-tubing steel were investigated by metallographic microscope,hardmeter and universal material testing machine.The results show that the quantity and size of pearlite and M-A island in steels constantly increase,the hardness reduces,toughness enhances as well as the stress and heterogeneous microstructure generated by rolling coiled-tubing steel eliminate with the increase of heat treatment temperature and water-cooling temperature.The microstructure is uniform and the tensile strength reaches 954.70MPa with a yield ratio of 0.92 after normalizing at 820℃ for 5min and air-cooling to about 350℃ and then cooling to room temperature.
