摘要
目的:研究醒脑开窍针法对缺血性中风针刺介入治疗的最佳时机。方法:将我院收治的356例缺血性中风住院患者随机分为四组,A组针刺介入时机为发病6h以内,B组为发病6h～3天,C组为发病后3～7天,D组为发病后7～14天。分别于针刺前、针刺14天、针刺28天采用中医症状、体征评分;美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分表(NIHSS);改良Barthel指数对患者进行评定。结果:经治疗后A组与其它三组在ADL、NIHSS及中医症状体征评分方面均出现了较明显的差异。结论:醒脑开窍针法越早介入治疗患者预后越好。
Objective： To study the best treatment opportunity of Xirmao Kaiqiao Needling Method on ischemic stroke. Methods ： 356cases of ischemic stroke patients were divided into 4groups according to interventional time, such as 6hours inside （A group）, 6hours to 3days （B group）, 3to 7days （C group） and 7to 14days （D group）. To evaluate the patients by the NIHSS, improved barthel index about the traditional Chinese medicine symptom and the physical sign scale before the treatment, 14and 28days after treatment. Results： It showed there were obvious differences between group A and the other 3groups. Conclu- sion： It＇s better to use the Xingnao Kaiqiao Needling Method to treat the ischemic stroke patients as earlier as possible.
