摘要
针对多级压气机三维气动数值优化中存在的级间匹配与计算成本难以兼顾的问题,采用了只对待优化级进行单级三维数值求解,而在边界条件中考虑级环境影响的优化策略,对某型7级高负荷轴流压气机存在叶背分离的第4级静子进行了数值优化.在有限的计算时间内,多级压气机绝热效率相比原始设计提高了近0.8%,压比增加了近4%,压气机的整体性能得到提高.应用表明:该优化策略较好地平衡了级间匹配与计算成本的矛盾.
To solve the conflict between stage-matching and computational cost during the 3-D (three-dimensional) aerodynamic optimization of multi-stage axial compressor, an optimization strategy was proposed, in which the stage to be optimized was simulated instead of the whole multi-stage compressor, while the stage environment was taken into account in the boundary conditions. The 4th stator with suction separation of a highly loaded 7-stage axial compressor has been optimized. Within the limited time, the adiabatic efficiency was improved about 0.8%, the total pressure ratio was improved about 4%, and the overall performance of the compressor was improved effectively. It is proved that the stagematching and computational cost aer well balanced by this optimization strategy.
