摘要
油气两相流动增加了油流阻力 ;空化气泡的溃灭产生空蚀 ;油井生产时井眼内的气柱使井底压力降低 ,增大井壁发生剪切破坏的可能性 ;关井时气侵产液使井底压力升高 ,容易造成井壁的拉伸破坏。所有这些因素的综合作用 ,导致了油井出砂量大增。因此无论是进行出砂预测 ,还是进行防砂都有必要考虑气侵的影响。
Oil flowing resistance is increased by the two-phase flow of oil & gas. Gas corrosion is formed when the gas bubbles collapse. Gas column in borehole decreases bottomhole pressure during production, which increases the possibility of shear failure. Gas cutting during closing well increases bottomhole pressure, which increases the possibility of tension failure. All those factors cause sand production increased greatly.
