摘要
研究了不同条件下合成的 TS-1分子筛催化剂的环氧化性能。结果表明 ,当n(Si O2 ) /n(Ti O2 )为 3 5~ 45 ,n(OH- ) /n(Si O2 )为 0 .2时 ,合成的 TS-1分子筛具有最高的催化活性和选择性。在分子筛合成前体中 ,添加少量四乙基溴化铵 (TEABr)模板剂可大幅度提高分子筛的结晶产率和对环氧丙烷 (PO)的选择性及活性。循环利用母液中的残留模板剂 ,可以有效地降低四丙基氢氧化铵 (TPAOH)模板剂的消耗 ,所合成的 TS-1分子筛也具有较高的催化活性和选择性。 PO选择性降低是由于分子筛骨架中存在酸性锐钛矿杂晶相引起的。用碱金属离子的醋酸盐交换处理可以有效地提高催化剂的选择性。
