"中国文化年的高潮呈现在舞台上的是一场规模宏大、融合京剧和令人震撼舞美的舞剧,这让我们想起了歌剧大师韦伯的作品……";"悉尼歌剧院歌剧厅观众的掌声告诉我们,《粉墨春秋》为中澳文化年的成功举办锦上添花,为中国增了光"!舞剧《粉墨春秋》的编剧李碧华是香港很有影响的作家。因为巧遇了黄豆豆,所以当编导邢时苗请她写一部"三个武生为骨干"的舞剧时,她"为个子矮小但身手灵巧、在戏行杀出一条血路的‘美猴王’想通了:天生我材必有用,遇到挫折不要气馁,因为‘机会’来时你已准备好,总有出头天……"看了舞剧《一把酸枣》,我有两个很深的印象:第一个我觉得这部舞剧是小题目演绎了大主题,它反映的大主题或者说大背景就是晋商;第二个深刻印象是强烈地感觉到这个舞剧在创作上的创新和探索,体现了一种探索的精神,一种创新的精神,一种开拓的精神。艺术职业学院努力体现职业特色,积极探索产学研一体化的发展道路……他们坚持使教学演出与艺术实践相结合,在保证教学质量的同时,加大科研力度以提升学院的理论水准,组织演出实践以强化学生的实践能力。职业教育有一个明显的内涵,就是教育同职业紧密联系,就是同具体的岗位、具体的事业、具体的就业方向、具体的实践应用能力紧密联系。艺术职业教育首先是就业教育,就是要培养出受社会欢迎的一流人才。教育成效不应只是看学生是否能准确填写标准答案,更要看学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力。要树立全面发展观念、人才成长观念、多样化人才观念、系统培养观念、终身学习观念,形成体制开放、机制灵活、渠道互通、选择多样的人才培养体制。教育之所以成为人类社会的必需,与人类社会许多必需的事物一样,也无非是为了人类社会的生存与发展。因此教育最基本的功能,在于使每一个体一是习得融入社会的基本规则,二是习得发展个体的基本能力。前者决定着通识教育理念的形成而后者促成了职业教育功能的拓展。
After watching two grand original dance dramas "A Story of Three Young Men" and "A Handful of Sour Dates" performed by students of Shanxi Vocational Art College, I am impressed by their innovation and the spirit of exploration. Faculties of vocational art college endeavor to develop its w^cational characteristics, and actively explore a systematic way to promote its research, learning and creation. Vocational education has an obvious denotation that there is a close relation between education and profession. That is to say, college education is intimately related to concrete position, cause, direction of occupation, and practical ability. Vocational art education first of all is an occu- pational education, and it aims to cultivate the first - class qualified personnel popular with people in society. There- fore, the educational result should not lie in that students could fill right answers in test paper, but should lie in students'ability in learning, practice and innovation. It is necessary to establish a comprehensive development concep- tion, and make efforts to help student to mature, to cultivate them to be different types of qualified personnel, so as to form an open and flexible cultivation system. Education is necessary for human society and better serves human to ex- ist and to advance. Therefore, the fundamental function of education is to make every learner acquire the basic rule to integrate into the community, and abilities to develop one self as well. The former forms a general education conception, and the later promotes the function of vocational education.

于平(1954-),男,汉,江西南昌人,中国艺术研究院文学博士,曾任北京舞蹈学院副院长(主持工作)、教授,文化部艺术司司长,现任文化部文化科技司司长,全国艺术科学规划领导小组办公室主任,全国艺术学学会副会长,艺术百家学术委员会委员,北京大学、北京师范大学兼职教授,武汉大学国家文化创新研究中心教授,博士生导师,国家级“有突出贡献的中青年专家”,文化部“优秀专家”,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。研究方向:艺术史及其理论,文化政策理论研究。
