摘要
产业转型升级在业界和学界已形成广泛共识,但是转型和升级是既相互联系又相互区别的概念。文章在阐述产业转型升级必要性的基础上,借助"纵向产业结构"和"横向产业结构"两个概念对产业转型和升级的概念进行重新界定,并从产业间转型、产业内转型、产业的升级和产业间转型升级四个方面分析转型升级的具体路径。
Industrial restructuring and upgrading in academia and industry has formed a broad consensus, but the restructuring and upgrading are interrelated and mutually distinguishable concepts. On the basis of elaborating the need for industrial restructu- ring and upgrading, this paper redefines the concept of industrial restructuring and upgrading using the two concepts of ＂vertical industrial structure＂ and ＂horizontal industrial structure＂. It further analyzes the specific path of restructuring and upgrading from the four aspects of inter-industry restructuring,intra-industry restructuring, industry upgrading, and inter-industry restructuring and upgrading.
