面肌痉挛微血管减压术后迟发性面瘫的治疗经验 被引量：3

摘要 微血管减压术（microvascular decompression,MVD）作为面肌痉挛（hemifacial spasm,HFS）治疗的首选措施,已经取得了满意的治疗结果。迟发性面瘫（delayed facial palsy,DFP）是MVD术后众多并发症之一,其发生原因目前尚不明确,但预后良好。我科于2006年1月至2011年10月面神经微血管减压术治疗141例面肌痉挛患者中有11例出现迟发性面瘫,经保守治疗全部治愈,现报告如下。
