摘要
应用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立DVG850高速立式加工中心的实体模型,并运用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静力学分析,实测加工中心样机x、y、z三向在静态力作用下的变形并计算其静刚度值。由于理论分析时立柱的简化及导轨结合面采用刚性接触与实际有所不同,加上实际测量过程中载荷的加载位置与理论分析时不一致,所以理论分析结果与测量结果存在一些差距。
SolidWorks 3D modeling software was applied to build the solid model of DVG850 high speed vertical machining cen- ter. ANSYS Workbench software was used to make static mechanics analysis. The deformations of machining center x, y, z three di- rections under static force were measured and the stiffness values were calculated. As when making theoretical analysis, column was simplified and guide joint was used as a rigid contact which was different from the actual, and the actual measurement process had some interference, so there was some gaps between theoretical analysis results and measured ones.
