摘要
大学生创业教育是我国高等教育教学改革的新探索,是高等教育改革发展的必然要求,反映了高校的人才培养质量。本文对福建省高校在校大学生及创业教育研究者进行了调研,对福建省高校大学生创业活动、创业教育现状、创业环境进行了深入地剖析。结果显示,大学生创业意识和创业观念日益增强,创业教育以开办讲座和举办创业大赛为主要形式,大学生普遍认为创业环境一般。存在的问题有创业教育目标定位模糊,创业教育体系缺乏系统性和针对性,创业教育成效不明显,师资队伍建设严重滞后,政府扶持不足。建议建设高素质创业教育师资队伍,强化创业教育实践活动,构建创业教育支持体系等。
Enterprise education for students is a new exploration of the higher education reform in China and the inevitable requirement of higher education reform and development, reflectfs the personnel training quality of universities. It took investigation on Fujian province college students and entrepreneurship education researchers, deeply analyzing the college students＂ entrepreneurial activities, the current situation of entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial environment. The results showed that the students＇ entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ideas were growing.The entrepreneurial education took organizing lectures and entrepreneurship competition as the main form. The students generally agreed that the entrepreneurial environment were in general. Problems in entrepreneurship education were target location ambiguity, entrepreneurial education system lacking of systematic and targeted, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education is not obvious, faculty development is a serious lag, lack of government support etc. It proposed that we should build a high-quality entrepreneurship education teachers and strengthen the practice of entrepreneurship education, build entrepreneurship education support system.
