摘要
                
                    为降低成本,提高余钢回收率,青钢第二炼钢厂经过渣系分析、硫容量计算、炉渣还原等分析计算,改进了生产82级帘线钢时的翻渣工艺,在渣盆处倒出渣0.775t,补加石灰0.375t。改进后,每年可回收余钢1.8万t,减少熔渣排放1.5万t,节约电能620万kW·h。
                
                In order to reduce the cost and increase the recovery rate of residual molten steel, The Second Steelmaking Plant of Qingdao Steel improved turning slag process for producing 82 level cord steel by analyzing the slag system, calculating the sulfur capacity and reducing slag, and pouring out 0.775 t slag from slag pot and adding 0.375 t lime. After improvement annual recoverable quantity of residual molten steel is about 0.018 million t, reduced discharge quantity of slag is 0.015 million t and electric energy saving is 6.2 million kW. h.
