三维装配工艺技术在雷达总体装配中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 雷达产品装配结构复杂,装配工艺设计难度大,三维装配工艺设计技术作为一种有效的解决手段首先尝试在雷达总体装配中应用。文中结合应用需求,建立了三维装配工艺设计流程和系统体系结构,并对关键技术进行了分析,为三维装配工艺的实施提供重要技术支持。 Traditional assembly process planning for radar product requires plenty of physical model trials to verify designs because of their complicated structures.Three-dimensional assembly process planning technology is a new and an effective approach to solve the problem and is applied to the radar system assembly for the first time.Based on the application requirement,a new three-dimensional assembly process planning system is proposed in this paper and key technologies involved in the system are analyzed.This method provides an important support for three-dimensional process planning technology application.
