摘要
利用聚醚砜(PES)增韧环氧树脂(EP),制备了TDE–85 EP/四官能团EP/双酚A固体EP/PES共混体系(以下简称EP/PES共混体系),对EP/PES共混体系的微观形貌进行了表征,研究了PES用量及TDE–85 EP/四官能团EP/双酚A固体EP质量比对EP/PES共混体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的PES可提高EP的强度和韧性且基本不影响EP的模量,当PES用量为8份时,EP/PES共混体系具有较高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。当TDE–85 EP/四官能团EP/双酚A固体EP的质量比为70/5/25时,EP/PES共混体系的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率最高。
Epoxy resin ( EP ) was toughed by polyether sulfone ( PES ) and the TDE-85 EP / tetra-functional EP / solid bisphenol-A EP / PES blends ( hereinafter referred to briefly as EP / PES blends ) were prepared. Then, the micro-morphologies of the EP / PES blends were characterized. The effects of PES content and the mass ratio of TDE-85 EP / tetra-functional EP / solid bisphenol-A EP on the mechnical properties of the EP/PES blends were also studied. The results showed that the strength and toughness of EP could be improved obviously by adding PES with some content and PES had little influence on the modulus of EP. When the content of PES was 8 phr, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the EP/PES blend were better. When the mass ratio of TDE-85 EP/tetra-functional EP/solid bisphenol-A EP was 70 / 5 / 25, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the EP/PES blend were best.
