摘要
本试验应用软X-射线摄影术,鉴定5种不同比重级(<0.9,0.9~1.0,1.0~1.05,1.05~1.09,>1.09)棉花种子饱满度。结果表明:随着比重级的增加,单粒重的增大,种子饱满度相应提高,>1.0比重级棉种饱满度均可达80%以上,<0.9比重级种子饱满度仅达57.9%。棉种主要理化特性,发芽生理,以及出苗等生理生化指标,亦均随种子饱满度提高而增大。(相关分析表明,种子饱满度与发芽率两者相关达到显著水平(r=0.937~*),与简化活力指数(r=0.956^(**))出苗率(r=0.988^(**))达到极显著水平。)因此,软X-射线,可准确地鉴定棉种饱满度,是提高棉子种用品质较为理想的检验技术。
In this study,the authors applied soft X-ray photography to measure the plu-mpness of cotton seed with five classes of density (<0.9,0.9—1.0,1.0—1.05,1.05—1.09,>1.09).The result is demonstrated that the per seed weight and itsplumpness are increased along with the seed density raised.The plumpness of cot-ton seed sorted into the classes with the density of greater than 1.0 is over 80%,while the one with the density of less than 0.9 only reaches 57.9%.Furthermore,the physiological and biochemical indices of cotton seed,such as main physical andchemical properties,germinating and seedling sprouting;both rapidity and survial,are improved in pace with the cotton seed plumpness incseased.(The correlativeanalysis proved that the seed plumpness is notable correlation to the germinatingratio (r=0.937~*),most notable to the simplified vitality index (r=0.956^(**)) and theseedling ratio (r=0.988^(**)).It is verified that soft X-ray photography is a com-paratively desirable and reliabe technique applied to appraise the plumpness andimproving the quality of cotton seed preparations.
