摘要
肺功能检查在呼吸系统疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断、严重度分级、疾病进展、预后评估以及治疗方案选择和疗效评估等方面都有十分重要的意义。肺功能检查方法众多,其临床应用的诊断思路常始发于临床最常用的肺通气功能检查,并依据检查结果,进行相应的进一步肺功能检查。应强调肺功能结果的解读应密切结合临床资料才会对临床工作有更好的指导意义。
Pulmonary function testing （PFT） is of great significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis, severity grad- ing, progression, prognosis evaluation, selection of therapeutic schedule and efficacy evaluation in respiratory diseases, etc. PFT has various test methods and its diagnostic thought in clinical use originated from the most common lung ventilation function test, which performed further relative lung function examination based on the test results. It was highlighted that the interpretation of lung function results should be closely correlated with clinical materials hence better guiding significance in clinic practices.
