Introduction on molecular biological techniques for Vibrio cholerae

摘要 随着医学分子生物学的迅速发展,大量的分子生物学技术被用于霍乱弧菌的研究,为霍乱弧菌快速检测及分型提供了重要依据,也进一步从分子水平阐明了霍乱弧菌的变异和不同菌株之间的遗传关系,以及霍乱疫情的溯源、菌株类型和流行性质。 Molecular biological techniques provide an important basis for the rapid detection of Vibrio cholerae with the rapid development of Medical Molecular Biology,increasing number of molecular biology techniques were used to detect Vibrio cholerae variation and genetic relationships between different strains,the origin,strain type and nature of the epidemic cholera.
