介绍了多晶硅生产系统中安全阀的性能和校验方式,论述了使用特殊的校验工装,在装置不停产并保障安全的情况下对安全阀进行在线校验的流程和方法。
This paper introduces performance and testing methods about safety valve in the polysilicon production system, discusses the special inspection clamping to use introduces procedure and methods for safety valve online inspection in the case of the device stopping production and safety controlled.
