摘要
国家历次五年规划对我国社会经济的发展产生了巨大的推动作用,图书馆事业也得到了飞速发展,总体而言图书馆内涵更为丰富、体系更为具体、地位越来越高、公共文化服务体系逐步建立。在"十二五"建设的新时期,我们要继续贯彻科学的指导思想,争取实现公共文化服务体系质的飞跃,更好地发展我国图书馆事业。
The previous five year plan produced tremendous urge action for national .social economic development of our cOuntry, library career also obtained the rapid development. And overall,library connotation was richer, system was more specific, status was higher, the service system of public culture was establishment. In the new period, we should continue to carry out the guiding ideology of science, and improve construction level of the public cultural service system.
