The preparation and characterization of iron cores with a triple-coated layer

摘要 通过三层包覆法制备了铁粉芯,用XRD和BH分析仪对其结构和磁性能进行了分析。研究发现,在1kHz频率下初始磁导率随温度变化,样品具有良好的温度稳定性;在f=1kHz、Bm=1T的损耗为115.6W/cm3,样品具有低损耗特征。 The iron core described in this article was coated with a triple-coated layer. XRD and BH analyzer were applied to investigate the structure and magnetic properties of iron cores. The samples with a triple-coated layer had a good soft magnetic property with an excellent temperature stability for the initial permeability at the frequency of lkHz and a lower loss 115.6mW/cm3 at f=lkHz and Bm=1T.
