摘要
对投喂3种不同饲料(A组:90%配合饲料+10%食品添加剂;B组:配合饲料;C组:新鲜鱼组)的中华鳖的肌肉营养成分进行了测定分析。结果表明,A组与B、C组相比,在粗蛋白、粗灰分和水分指标方面差异不显著,但脂肪含量降低,属于低脂产品,有利于提高中华鳖的质量品质。A、C组氨基酸含量很丰富,组成相对比较平衡,含量基本相同,而B组中华鳖肌肉的必需氨基酸含量欠缺。在脂肪酸含量组成上,A、C组总饱和脂肪酸(ΣSFA)、总单不饱和脂肪酸(ΣMUFA)和总多不饱和脂肪酸(ΣPUFA)含量差异不大,说明投喂90%配合饲料+10%食品添加剂饲料饲养的中华鳖与投喂新鲜鱼饲养的中华鳖在氨基酸组成方面效果相当。
This paper made the analysis on the nutritional composition in muscles of soft-shelled turtle, Trionyx sinensis, and their nutritional value had been comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that compared with Group B (adding compound feed) and group C (adding fresh fish), group A (adding 10% of food additives in compound feed) had no significant effect on the crude fat, crude ash and moisture in muscles of soft-shelled turtle, but the crude lipid content reduced. Adding food additives could help improve the quality of the muscle of soft-shelled turtle. Group A and group C were very rich in amino acids, and its composition was relatively balanced with the same content, but group B was lack of essential amino acids. In the composition of fatty acids, the content of ∑SFA, ∑MUFA and ∑PUFA in group A and group C were insignificant. The results indicated that adding 10% food additive in compound feed and fresh fish had similar effect on amino acid composition in muscle of turtles.
